Iran has threatened to attack shipments of military aid to Israel.

"We warn that sending any military or radar equipment by boat or aircraft from any country to assist the Zionist regime will be considered participation in the aggression against Islamic Iran and will be a legitimate target for the armed forces," a spokesman said in a video statement broadcast on state TV on Saturday, Agence France-Presse reports.

“Iran believes in civilian dialogue,' he said. 'Directly or indirectly is not important.'

"'President Trump can easily stop the war by only one telephone (call) to (the) Israelis,' he said, repeating the Iranian position that talks were impossible while Israeli bombs were striking Iran."

Trump is far too arrogant and ignorant to realize the current Israeli attack on Iran has nothing to do with nuclear enrichment and everything to do with regime change in Tehran or, even worse, turning Iran into the next Libya or Syria.

The reason we're inching closer to war is because Israel can't finish off Iran without either nuking Tehran or getting the US involved. Israel's knocking down a high percentage of incoming missiles, but given Israel's and fragile demography, it can't withstand a lot of bombardment before it really begins to feel pain. The US will very likely get involved because Israel will threaten to escalate much worse if we don't, and if that happens, we fear the entire region destabilizing and crashing our economy.

Israel really, really ****ed up here, but as usual, the American taxpayer will be asked to clean it up.

A load of nonsense. Israel just needs the US for the bombing of Fordow which is under a mountain. It can act against Fordow on its own, but it may not be enough to completely neutralize it, it remains unknown.
 
Trump just announced on X and Truth a few minutes ago that the US has just completed air strikes on Fordow, Natanz and Esfahan Nuclear sites.

He said all planes are out of Iran airspace and heading home.

He didn't state whether the strikes were successful, though I guess, since it's only a few minutes since the planes left Iranian airspace, nobody knows.
