and illiberal people continue to try to equate the two despite their enormous differences.
Who, in your opinion is asking the US to attack another country?...
care explain it to me?
If you do not know or cannot see the difference, then there is no adequate way to explain it so you would understand.
You really need me to explain the inherent differences between the elected Israeli leadership and the Mullahs when it comes to their degree of liberalism?

Jews in Iran have the right to vote and representation in Parliament.
THAT'S the difference.
This difference exists only in your active imagination, since Arabs can vote and are members of parliament in Israel.

The treaty also obliges nuclear disarmament for the U.S , UK , Russia , France etc. are you in favor of that also? Also do you not find it ironic that one of the few states outside of the treaty (Israel) has become its self appointed guardian?
What Iran is probably doing is what is called 'nuclear hedging' I.E trying to develop the capacity to develop nuclear weapons in a short space of time, so that they are ready if/when the treaty falls apart.
Get a brain. And a memory.
The US itself flouted convention going into Iraq, despite a Security Council veto. So much for binding contracts, eh?
I'm certain that over the last 40 years, Iran has decided that perhaps it's situation has changed. I believe they're in a better position to decide that than you are.
If you fail to see the relevance of that, and in response to your own inclusion of flouting legality, you're even more foolish than I suspected. You make **** up as you go along. What does Iran signing a nuclear non-proliferation treaty have anything to do with us and Iraq? Nice attempt to dodge, but you fail.
Wrong. The decision was vetoed. Your ignorance knows no bounds. Google it, witling. If Iran has decided their situation has changed, then they need to withdraw from that agreement. That would look TERRIBLE to the world if they did, but they are free to. Until then, they are bound by it. They signed it freely, nobody forced them to. THIS FACT, SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT TO FACE, IS SOMETHING YOU CAN'T IGNORE. No matter how much you try to bring Iraq into this. (Oh yea, we were justified going into Iraq, I have no idea what UN vote you're talking about but we don't need UN permission to do anything! We had all 16 members voted for the war, we can't do much better! LOL)
Can dish it. Can't take it.You still need your clue, your "get a brain" personal attack and then measly attempt at changing the subject to Iraq shows who the airhead really is. LOL
Get a brain. And a memory.....

See above post about the West Bank, can Arabs vote for the Israeli leadership there?
I invite you to peruse post #138.your views on this and other matters are rendered useless & pointless, based on such ignorant attacks.
Can you vote in a French or German election?
Good grief, the straw men some people create. :doh
I'm curious. Would you consider that an attack?your posts are becoming ever-more stupid.

Since you called his post 'stupid', it appears as a personal attack.learn the difference between attacking an argument..and attacking the person.

Understood.

Whatever, man.whatever man.
And telling me to 'get a clue', along with calling me an 'airhead' is the zenith of gracious conduct, is that right? And calling a post stupid is one thing, calling a PERSON stupid is another. Example:
"You sure post some stupid stuff here, Thunder."
"You sure are a stupid person, Thunder."
The first is an attack on his posts, that's fine. The second is a direct personal attack on HIM. That, my friend, is against the rules.
Can you vote in a French or German election?
