Yes. Why do you question that? Are you not aware that the ICRC is a major player in international law?The Red Cross?

Strawman. Do better.Do you call rape victims whores as well?
.
Well, here's the thing; when, and if, we have solid, irrefutable evidence of the commission of war crimes by Hamas, I'll be the first to condemn it. As it stands there s none-because Israel will not permit journalists or independent observers into Gaza to either confirm or refute such allegations-and anyone relying on Israeli propaganda for the truth is a naive fool.
On the other hand there is a glut of evidence of Israeli war crimes-clearly being committed with impunity and zero condemnation from her allies-including the US.
In your Selective Quote?
LOL
Strawman.
Do better.
Respectfully, your descriptions and claims of their motives do not match their actions and are disconnected from what we were observing on the ground when I last had visibility on this fight.
If the IDF wanted to simply eliminate the Arab population from Gaza, well, they have the ability to do so.... and are failing at it.
The IDF certainly would not increase risk to itself to protect the civilian population of Gaza from the effects of warfare in such a scenario... and yet that is (again) what we repeatedly see them do.
What on earth are you talking about?
His " claims and descriptions" have no doubt come from being familiar the statements coming from the Israeli leaders, both civilian and military. With also being familiar with the actions on the ground both in Gaza and the West Bank.
Many have stated the genocidal intent including Netanyahu and gallant, Katz has continued along the same genocidal rhetoric.
On the ground we have seen the complete destruction of the healthcare system, the education system, the food producing capacity, the blocking of all aid, all water, food, fuel, electricity. The complete destruction of cultural sites. The devastation of the housing stock and civilian infrastructure.
On the diplomatic front we have seen immense pressure being placed on Jordan and Egypt to accept the people Israel wants to expel. We have seen Israeli support for Trumps proposal to just deport them everywhere and anywhere.
That list doesn't even consider ANY of the mass slaughtering that has gone on and is still going on .
This is the first live streamed genocide in history and you can't even see it!!!???
I'm not buying that for a second and consider your content to be just the same bog standard Israeli apologia for the war crimes and crimes against humanity Israel is thigh deep in, not only in Gaza but in the West Bank too.
News flash, this isn't 1888 where colonialist genocides were underway all over the globe. This is the age of instant media, citizen media ,24 hour news and international conventions to try to prevent genocide.
If Israel could just massacre the people in Gaza and the West bank to a man , woman and child their leaders would do it.
This isn't a war, it's a extremely hi-tech military massacring a virtually defenceless civilian population ,that you cannot even see this much is all anyone need know to understand the flagrant inaccuracy and racism in your commentary.
The genocidal attack is one where any attacks on Israeli troops is met with massive airstrikes that obliterate entire neighbourhoods.
There is no ****ing regard for civilian lives, if there were they wouldn't be dropping 2000lb bombs on tent cities.
They wouldn't create " safe zones" and then bomb tents in those " safe zones".
They wouldn't create no entry kill zones that nobody outside of the Israeli military know are there.
Your commentary is inaccurate propgandized garbage.
Ukraine is a war with two huge armies slugging it out with tanks, jets, bombers, navy
Pretty sure that @Fledermaus 's point is that you call it War Crimes when Israel does it and Ignore it when Hamas does it..
Yes. Why do you question that? Are you not aware that the ICRC is a major player in international law?
And his " point" is obviously a lie that you are only supporting because of your own bigoted view of people in this conflict.
Nobody " ignores " it, so you are joining in on the lie.
I call war crimes when either side does it.
If people want to call it terrorism for the divisiveness/inflamation associated with the term, then they need to also apply it to both sides, IE Hamas group terrorism and Israeli state terrorism.
So when have you ever heard @Fledermaus call Israeli war crimes state terrorism, because that is the logical and objective thing anyone would do in those circumstances.?
So what he and you are doing is doing that you are, falsely, accusing others of doing
Your commentary is, as shown above, illogical, inconsistent, ignorant garbage,
Funny... You characterized the Hamas/Israel thing as war for quite some time now.
Now that real war is happening you don't think it is war anymore?
According to Oneworld2 all of the tens of thousands of terrorist attacks by Hamas are war crimes.
I prefer to call them what they are. Terrorist attacks.
It's all spiritual. The Godless love and support genocidal terrorists. Those who are of God support Israel. I'm glad to be among the latter.
Why are you lying? Are you compelled to do so out of a feeling of inferiority or something?
I challenge anyone, including you, to search my history and see how often I refer to this most recent escalation of the conflict as a war. Virtually ever time I write about " war " it's in the context of war criminality by whoever or references to other actual wars.
I see the war in Ukraine as a proper war, two armies with all of the kit inflicting mass casualties on each other every day, every week etc etc
This isn't a war, it's a genocidal massacre precisely because one side has virtually no weapons worthy of the name while the other is a hi-tech military superpower.
I know why you want to consider it a war but I don't accept the framing because of the above situation/reality
No you apply different standards to caress your own biases and dupe others with that sophistry.
Let's at least be honest about why you do it.
Sadly, Palestinian civilians are not considered innocent casualties of war but are too often incorrectly held largely responsible for their own deaths and desperate situations.
Collective blame leads to collective punishment and this is so wrong. Collective punishment is a war crime.
I call terrorist strikes intentionally targeting civilians made by a terrorist group terrorist attacks....
Both sides are guilty of that but you only call one side terrorists for doing it.
Why?
Do I call the crimes of both sides war crimes? It's a simple enough question.
Where did I lie?
Have you not characterized the Hamas/Israel interactions as war so you could downplay the terrorist attacks as war crimes?
Why yes. Yes you have.
But now that Hamas has reaped the whirlwind now they aren't at war?
Interesting.
Stupid.
Hypocritical.
But interesting nonetheless.
BTW - Where is the rulebook that defines how many weapons one must have to have a proper war? Hamas certainly had enough to invade, rape and kidnap.
Reread the post you quoted.
Now that real war is happening you don't think it is war anymore?
If you construct the above in an adult way, for a serious debate, I will respond but I'm not responding to childish self chattering garbage.
It's not a war, it's a genocide and you support that genocide, let's be honest.
No, if you have something to say, then say it.
If you are running away from the questions I asked, then just say so.
