It's not Ideological crime.It's not street crime the Mexican drug cartels are an organized and ruthless organization. They all have the same objective protect their profits and smuggle drugs into the U.S. Making money is their ideology that is what they are united by. So maybe you'd like to try again.
Financially motivated crime is NOT considered ideological.
