Malignantly narcissistic psychopath. Look up the symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder.
 
I think he has mental health issues as evidenced by his extreme sociopathic narcissism. That said, he also appears to be an idiot, relying on others to take exams, cheating his way through school and life, and running numerous businesses into the ground. So, I voted 'Both'.

I think sociopath is more likely. He's impulsive and hot headed. He's not calculating, or at least doesn't appear that way

I posted in July after the SCOTUS decision that he'd use the military and anything else he wanted to force his will on America. He hasnt wasted anytime. And he has no fear of repercussions.

See the last sentence from this article as to who has the authority and turned the water pumps back on. They were the Army Corps of Engineers from the Dept. of Defense. Trump made an error for which branch of the defense dept. is responsible for turning back on the pumps.

Trump makes the anti-Trump cry again.

The pumps, which move water south from California’s wetter northern region, are federally owned and operated. California officials said late Monday that they had been down for maintenance. They also said Trump did not send the military into the state to “turn on the water,” as Trump claimed in a social media post.
“The military did not enter California,” California’s state Department of Water Resources posted on X after 10 p.m. Pacific time.
