I’m curious as to whether the pleasure and delight expressed at the idea of Ukrainian civilians dying is emotional, intellectual or physical, and if physical, whether there a sexual component to it.

It's scary. It's being described as Night of the Living Dead. Broken Tupolev Tu-95s, some without wings, some without fuselage, piloted by zombies. They can be seen with the naked eyes, but radar cannot pick them up. Night of terror in Kyiv. Tonight belongs to the zombies, tomorrow to the Russian Army

It was always obvious that Zelensky taking it to a higher level meant the Russians were gonna take it to an even higher level. This is reminiscent of the October 8th 2022 attack on the Crimea Kerch Bridge. A major PR victory for Zelensky. Then moans and groans as swarms of drones hit Ukrainian energy infrastructure

Short of nukes, there really isn't anything Russia can do to Ukraine that it hasn't already. It can just do more of it.

Ukraine is fighting for its survival. Russia is fighting to occupy Ukraine.
