Is this SCOTUS’s last chance to prove it is impartial?

The SCOTUS is taking up the Trump’s tariff plan. By just taking it up they seem to be pointing out that they will once again back Trump on anything he wants to do no matter how it violates our laws and constitution. So will they once again show their political partiality?

That case should be interesting. IMHO, it will allow the SCOTUS to (attempt to?) define (decide or limit?) what constitutes “a national emergency” and what (if any) limits are placed on the meaning of allowing the executive to “regulate” foreign trade (for the duration of that emergency).
