That's because the protesters were cleared out by force. But it's interesting how you would cherry-pick that over the much more serious problem of violating yet another treaty with Native Americans. Maybe we need a meme for that?

The tribal government asked them to leave several times and nothing prevented them from returning to clean up after themselves. The fact that there was 48 million pounds of trash and human feces in the first place doesn’t help your case. There was no treaty violation.
