Is the AZ audit dead ?

It's not about what Trump says. It's about evidence.

Where is the evidence? Barr didn’t see any. Trump’s cyber security guy didn’t. It seems that Pence didn’t. Stop hiding it, Mycroft. There must be someone who has come forward to reveal their participation in the crime of the century. Plenty of prosecutors willing to cut a deal, plenty of book deals that could make someone rich.

And it IS about what Trump says. If a person claims racism or sexism every time something goes wrong in their life, we would get suspicious. True, Trump could be like the boy who cried wolf. After claiming fraud or rigged elections going back to the Emmys, maybe he was finally right, and his previous lies have condemned him to not being believed, but i doubt it. And he hasn’t provided evidence of fraud. So if you can link to some massive impossible to hide conspiracy that would have involved a huge member of people (who ran it, by the way?), you can not only help me understand, but you can help Trump claim the presidency that is rightly his.

I just went on line and searched under “has Trump offered any evidence of election fraud in 2020.” Nothing. If the guy with the most to lose can’t tell us or even speculate how this massive fraud occurred, then we know he is delusional, lying or such a narcissist he can’t imagine losing, ever. On the other hand, try searching under “the times Trump has claimed election fraud” and you get 7 occasions, not counting the Emmys.

I could see for myself there were things to be concerned about.

I was pointing out that I put people on ignore because they don't have the same goals as I do. I see a great many "Light Beer Commercials" that are the common denominator of most political discussions. And a huge waste of time (and frankly, bandwidth).

Examining the routers is part of the audit because the routers are part of the election process and infrastructure, so it is warranted. I don't "imagine" what that examination will uncover. I'll wait and see.

It's the same as when a business has someone audit their financial structure. They don't tell them to only audit one part of it. And they don't consider that audit to be a "fishing expedition".

But what's telling is the massive amount of opposition from the MCBOS to ALL parts of the audit. They've been fighting this for more than a year. Why are they trying so hard to stop the audit at every turn?

Would you support looking at the routers at the State Legislature? After all they are part of the election process. It would be interesting to ask Logan why he did not request those routers from the State Legislature?
The issue I have is Logan never showed how the system was set up. The County states it was an air gapped system. Logan never disproved that.
I do agree that looking at the routers will turn up nothing of value.

That said, I am disappointed that Logan still has AZ election information on hard drives. All of that should be deleted or turned back to the State.

I suspect in Arizona the 2020 election will be brought up.
The AZ State legislature (mostly Republicans) have introduced numerous Bills to change the way voting is done in AZ.
Some lawmakers still cling to the stolen election theme.

As far as the audit. Cyber Ninjas is done and out of business.
John Shadegg (R) has been hired as a special master to look at the Maricopa routers not used in by the election system, but Doug Logan thought they needed to be looked at. Shadegg has hired 3 tech experts to assist him.

To that end, the audit is not over. I would bet they will find nothing that would change the outcome of the election on those servers.
At least Shadegg will not be looking for bamboo fibers.

Not sure what the experts are going to get paid, but it has been reported Shadegg is getting $500/hr. Great use of taxpayer money, right?

The AZ Senate went to court over this and the court again ordered both sides to come up with a plan to complete the audit. A plan was created, the court approved the plan and that part of the audit is now being conducted.
