Is self deportation effective?

I know since Oklahoma enacted its hb 1804 aka the tax payer protection act a lot of illegals and those that harbor them have self deported their asses out of Oklahoma. Every now and the local liberal media does sob stories on how some companies are having a hard time find labor(illegal labor), how some business that got business from alot of illegals and those that harbor them are no longer getting business from them and how some of the schools lost students.
 
isn't less students better? Schools are overcrowed anyhow .. better for the legal kids

I think the more students a school has the more money they get from tax payers,so basically those schools want the extra kids for the extra funds.
