He was granted withholding of deportation which meant that he was legally present in the country...he was granted both a social security number and permission to work in the United States...all indications to you that his status was legal. If USCIS wanted to reverse that, they needed to go back to court and show that circumstances had changed and requested that they be granted permission to deport him.

It sounds like a complex situation. No wonder trump gets confused.
In all the shouting over this I havent seen any evidence that he is a gangster yet. Tattoos are not evidence.
My life experience is that people tend to tell you the bg stuff up front. It suggests that they dont have much to back up the accusations.

At a distance from this I find it hard to understand. If he was guilty then surely putting him on trial would be just the thing.
But all the bullshit surrounding this case suggests that it might be just a show of strength. The doctored tattoos, the margaritas and the cos playing El \Salvador president suggest as much.

If he is a guilty man then I do wonder if we will see a fair trial in this case. Mr Kilmar has already been tried on social media by people who should know better.

Its a bit of a mess and I cant see how the US wins given the shambles that has led us to this point.

When he was Deported all the Admin had was the Tattoos and a Domestic Disturbance from a decade ago. Now supposedly they have evidence of his active participation in smuggling drugs and illegals. Evidence they didn’t have when he was deported.

That alone is suspicious.

Next up is their decision to charge him in the most MAGA district in Tennessee. That is one hell of a commute from his home. I mean it isn’t as though he owns a Golf Course there.
