Is Kamala Harris on the way out?

Is Kamala Harris on the way out?

  • Yes she's headed for the door

  • No she's an asset to the campaign

  • She's going to resign and run against Joe

  • She's not going anywhere this is a right wing conspiracy

  • Who is Kamala Harris?

  • I hope she goes but sadly she stays

Results are only viewable after voting.
I don't see Biden removing Harris from the ticket, and I don't see her accepting a "lessor" job than VP. I think he made a mistake putting her on the ticket, but once done he will
have to live with it.
Me neither, really. I'll never rank either of them first, second or third choice, but the alternatives from the GOP camp are fascists, white nationalists, christofascist antisemites, SSPX atavistic medievalists and (somehow, worse than all that) Ron DeSantis, so...

Why would they want do oppose the discharge petition? The only hope of getting any legislation passed is to get some moderate R's to help D's bring legislation to the floor.
I'm not optimistic that it will happen, but it would be a possibility.

the out which might not display 'the push' from the biden camp would be her selection to be the head of some prominent university or high profile organization ... WITH her buy-in

some place where she will have all of the authority and none of the responsibility, while also being well paid

Uh, this thread is about Kamala Harris, not the former President.
Right, but some of the issues you complained about were found with a political figure you have expressed support for, and if they weren't a problem when he was around, then to point out another politician's similar flaws is a bit hollow

Well she tweaks Righties, so keep her.
Yeah, what could be more important than owning the Pubs!

I'd definitely vote for her. To hell with all that policy crap!

Somebody upthread mentioned AG, which would be a fit with her experience, but a university might work as well.

I disagree Biden had way better choices to fill the need for a black female. Val Jefferies comes immediately to mind as does Letisha Lance-Bottoms. At that point, Stacy Abraham could have been OK but her 15 minutes are over other than as a stellar get-out-the-vote advocate.

Trump won the Presidency. Kamala couldn't garner a single delegate in your primaries. I think that pretty much says it all if you really want to compare the two.

Seems like you want to bash Harris for the same things you adored about trump. Hypocrisy at its finest.
You hate Trump, we understand. THis thread is about Harris, not me or Trump. How about try defending her? DO you find her word salads comforting?

All decent and patriotic Americans hate Trump.

He tried to violently overthrow our government and wants a chance to sit in our White House again.

What sane and patriotic American doesn't hate Trump?

I don't have a primary because I'm not a registered Democrat. Your response is a deflection, because we were discussing their flaws and the fact the same problems Kamala has in certain areas were no problem when Trump exhibited much of the same in spades. As for the election he won, it was the battle between the most unpopular candidates in US history, so not quite the badge of honor you might think it is.

Nope. If you insist, no comparison in speaking ability whatsoever. None. He can speak contemporaneously off script for an hour straight. She struggles, mightily, with scripted speeches. Cringe worthy. He doesn't cackle at inappropriate times. He won 75 million votes last time and she couldn't get a single delegate in the not yours party.

Why do recent VP's get so much more scrutiny? I remember thinking it when it was Pence and now Harris. Growing up the VP barely made the news in Europe etc now I read about them all the time.

What to do with Harris is such a big mess for the Dems. She's so worthless and embarrassing but now she's been chosen and is in the role. It's a tricky situation.
That's what right wing fake news says.

Try not to be so gullible.

You must have thought that clip I attached in a previous post is normal speech.

That's an interesting way of describing rambling diatribes. That's not to say Kamala Harris is a spectacular orator, but to not take notice of Trump's clear struggles with words is a whole different level of ignoring the obvious. The one that will always stand out to me is when he said "I know words. I have the best words." If there's one way of showing you don't have the "best words" is by not using them to show you know them.

I'm sure this is a perfect example of a clear, succinct speaker and someone who has all of the best words:

Compared to the idiotic Trump supporters out there a door knob is brighter than a Trump supporter. Trump supporters are nothing more than future Darwin Award Recipients waiting to happen. Good riddance to each and everyone of them.
You sound angry.

Well, it's clear I'm never going to convince a Trump hater. But if that's the best you do to defend Harris, I'll take it.

She was never in, as being popular. Get it, now?
Sure she was. The Biden/Harris ticket gor way more votes than the alternative.

Did you forget that part?

She started gooney babbling on day one. She's never been popular and Biden carried her into office as a token.
