You are aware she's a JW aren't you?Never She?
She knows the deal when it comes to females.
You are aware she's a JW aren't you?Never She?
Hardly...Sounds a lot like Trump, doesn't it? Only I can save you .......
Which god/goddess?Asking as an ex Catholic who was 'taught' there is god the father, god the son and god the only ghost.
They/them?
The three main monotheisms are definitely, undeniably, almost necessarily patriarchal. That simple fact, probably, accounts for much of western and middle-eastern history. Made God just as strong and vicious and warlike as many men wish they could be. Just the concept of 'God' is enough to put tribes against each other.
Best not to get into current events in that context though. But I'd like to note that at least Eve was made from living organic tissue, not a mound of dirt!
Hardly...
Do not put your trust in princes
Lemme guess the gender of the person who told her the deal...You are aware she's a JW aren't you?
She knows the deal when it comes to females.
In The Beginning there was them.Asking as an ex Catholic who was 'taught' there is god the father, god the son and god the only ghost.
They/them?
And put her closest to the threats? I don't think so...
In The Beginning there was them.
26 Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
Colossians 1:15 and Revelation 3:14 explain who the 'they' are...Jehovah God and His Son Jesus Christ, who is the firstborn of all creation...In The Beginning there was them.
26 Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
lol...hard to believe that you think you can physically fight Satan...just sayin'...Why do you think threats are more likely to come from in front? Does the Devil walk up and shake your hand, or lurk behind you waiting for a moment of weakness?
These men we're talking about don't turn around constantly to check their woman is OK. They're not protecting her by walking in front, they're just asserting that it's the woman's role to follow not to lead.
It's hard to believe that you're defending Islam. How much of its sexist and genocidal ideology do you agree with?
Colossians 1:15 and Revelation 3:14 explain who the 'they' are...Jehovah God and His Son Jesus Christ, who is the firstborn of all creation...
"He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation"
“To the angel of the congregation in Laodicea write: These are the things that the Amen says, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation by God:"
Yet, in the bible verse presented below, we clearly see that "And he" (Jesus Christ) "will be called"Colossians 1:15 and Revelation 3:14 explain who the 'they' are...Jehovah God and His Son Jesus Christ, who is the firstborn of all creation...
Ancient polytheistic religions were a cultural and economic marketplace of gods. Especially in Egypt, where cities would associate themselves with a particular god or cult. Catholics are similar with patron saints. St. Patrick is associated with Ireland and the many hundreds of others can be found here.I don't know enough about non-European cultures to say whether this is true or not. But my take on it is the Romans didn't need male monotheism to build their mighty empire, nor did the Chinese or the Mongols (who arguably invented the separation of church and state.) Religion binds people together, albeit in rejection of foreign religion. Religion is a cultural phenomenon basically.
Well that makes sense. Women are above children, but pseudo-children of men ... and they're all above dirt.
Until they die. Then they're below dirt ...
lol...hard to believe that you think you can physically fight Satan...just sayin'...
And you can't see Satan no matter if he's in front or in back of you...just sayin'...You can physically fight a threat to your woman, IF you're aware the threat is there. You can't tell if she's behind you.
You can't wriggle out of this. The Muslim fundamentalist custom of the woman walking behind, is nothing to do with the man protecting her. It's all about keeping her in her place: inferior to man. A follower, not a leader.
Do you agree with this, in Islam or Christianity? Or both?
Asking as an ex Catholic who was 'taught' there is god the father, god the son and god the only ghost.
They/them?
Why is that interesting?Sounds like TDS.
Interesting when you hear "God" you think "Trump".
You're projecting again. Usually people that think other people make up things, actually make up things..like Gods..Sounds made up.
Jehovah created all things, including Jesus...So Jesus was born twice? Once "in spirit" and once in human form?
I'm skeptical, but I'm always entertained by your convoluted reasoning.
Careful. He's right behind you ...And you can't see Satan no matter if he's in front or in back of you...just sayin'...
Okay. What is your point? Genesis clearly states it was "them" in the beginning.Colossians 1:15 and Revelation 3:14 explain who the 'they' are...Jehovah God and His Son Jesus Christ, who is the firstborn of all creation...
"He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation"
“To the angel of the congregation in Laodicea write: These are the things that the Amen says, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation by God:"
Jesus was there, since he is the firstborn of all creation...Okay. What is your point? Genesis clearly states it was "them" in the beginning.
So then, you are agreeing with me that in the beginning there was "them." Okay.Jesus was there, since he is the firstborn of all creation...
Jesus was there, since he is the firstborn of all creation...
