I'm a lawyer. I'm a lawyer. Lol
yet another lie. signature worthy stuff from a guy who has also claimed to be a psychologist.
Prove I claimed to be a psychologist. You just lie and lie
Well....the morning is wearing on; I'm off to do some laundry. :2wave:
Since we do not have that, you cannot state this as anything but opinion based on nothing other than belief.
And this is the point I am making.....if the purchaser is not carrying in public, why does it matter? If they choose to keep the firearm in their own home or on their property, they need not prove anything to you.
Same as a vehicle....if it remains on their property, they need not show proper training, license, or even insurance if they completely own the vehicle and is not operated on public roads/property.
I told you, it had been accumulated over time in those other forums. But all the state laws are on record and so are the stats, so it wouldnt be that hard to correlate.
And without that information to look at, they are worthless.
To you.
They are living in society and society has a right to create the environment they want within the bounds of the Constitution.
As has been previously stated( and often, though you don't seem to see it), The Constitution and the SCOTUS have already ruled that my rights do not end where your fear begins.
Nobody said they did.
Claims of fact without data or evidence to support it - especially in this case - are worthless to anyone who wants to base a judgment on something more than belief.

Are you not advocating for mandatory testing/training before anyone can purchase a firearm to keep in their home?
Or is that limited to CCW?
So here's an image of a spreadsheet I exported and then added the training requirement info. Also added the 7 top states with the highest accidental deaths.
A limitation here (except for the specific 7 states called out from a different report) is the deaths include ALL deaths and that means suicide and crime too, not just accidental. So it's only a partial correlation. But I think it's informative. I can send you a the Excel file as an attachment if you want. List is from 2015, 7 states info from 2016.

And what if the perp got his hands on a gun that he should not have had? And what if a law could have made it more difficult for him to get one?
I am sorry for your personal loss. But the reality that you have been so politically brainwashed that you refuse to look at guns as part of the problem tells me that trying to discuss this with you is more or less hopeless.
I am.......
Yes, yes......we all know what you want. :coffeepap
What law would have done that?
Did you ever think that maybe you are the one being brainwashed? The use of guns for violence is not a cause, its a symptom. Why not try and fix the cause? Wouldn't that be better than restricting or inhibiting peoples Rights?
If a car won't start what do you do? Replace the battery or replace the whole car?
If you have an operable tumor do you take out the tumor? Or do you replace whole organs?
If your bike chain becomes too loose do you replace the bike chain, or do you remove a single link in the bike chain to tighten it up?
If your light bulb on your lamp blows out do you replace the light bulb or replace your whole lamp?
I could go on and on and on...But the point is that you don't address the symptoms of what is wrong by addressing the symptoms. You fix the cause. The battery. The tumor. The single link in the chain. The light bulb. Guns are not the cause of violence where guns are used. The cause is the human being behind the guns.
