Unless the federal government was given specific powers to curtail your rights or actions, those rights remained.

I don't need to=several moderators, when other posters made this stupid argument, confirmed that I have one. Years ago, there was a poster on this board who went by the Handle "OldReliable67 IIRC. I knew him in RL. Indeed he was the one who invited me to this board. He and I knew each other from a sport I used to compete in and which he was a national level official and his son was the national jr champion in the era where I was nationally competitive. He confirmed my degree with at least one current or former mod. Another attorney did too. I also have donated to this board in the past-both by check and CC. that means the owner and perhaps some of the mods know my real name. I have been stating I am an attorney for the 12 years I have been here.

So whine all you want. I am an attorney with a degree from a top school and that is that.
