Why don't we ask gay people? Why do we need for someone who isn't gay to tell us?

From what I have read many knew they were gay from the beginning and feel they were born that way. And there are homosexuals in the animal kingdom. Personally just think the brain is wired differently for gay vs. heterosexual.

Did you not read any of the studies I’ve posted? It’s very well documented that sexuality is an instinct within mammals that has male typical and female typical pattern. As a heterosexual guy are you not instinctively drawn to women and find them attractive? In much the same way homosexual men find other men attractive because studies show they have a biological variation within the part of the brain that governs sexuality causing them to be attracted to other men as if their brain had more of a female reproductive drive. The human body is complex, neonatal development is complex, in a minority of people their sexuality is not programmed as heterosexual thus leading to a homosexual phenotype.

It appears that homosexuality being both biological and unchosen is a hard truth you are not willing to accept because it likely clashes with your heterosexist worldview.

People are instinctively drawn to sports, music, math. They were born with those predispositions


A predisposition does not remove choice

If I am predisposed to being a artist.....was that a choice?
