Simple question that I'm sure will end in a respectable and dignified manner. Do you believe Donald Trump is doing a good job as President of the United States?

I think he is honestly trying the do the best he can...under the circumstances.
He is not a politician, and he was not elected to be one.
I think any President, faced with such active undermining, attempts to remove him form office, and sometimes even open rebellion almost from the time he was elected would be in the same boat.
About the only thing I could say was really his responsibility is the unrestrained tweeting and the lack of internal communication on how to deal with the public that hasn't help much.
That would be painfully stupid. The job of president is a political one. So he was in fact elected to be a politician.
Every president has faced just that. Trump just cries about it more.
So he is not responsible for most of the actions he has actually taken as president? Really?
Typical ad hominin. :doh
NO!
Every President has NOT faced unnecessary recounts, cries of voter fraud, cries the vote was hacked, claims they were mentally unbalanced if not insane, demands to eliminate the electoral college to keep them out of office and use the popular vote, open attempts to encourage unfaithful electors, allegations they were racists, misogynists, bigots, xenophobes, opposed to religious freedoms (Islamophobes), working for a foreign government as a "Siberian Candidate," attempt to impeach them right from the date of their election, constant efforts in the media to portray them in the worst light possible day in an day out, and cries "they weren't MY President!" Just to name a FEW issues.
He is responsible for everything he does and fails to do...as are we all in our own lives. He just hasn't done all the "wrong" which you and others have attempted to portray.
This is the thing people with your view can't seem to understand. That crying "foul" based almost entirely on emotional outbursts, claiming everything is bad and nothing is good while simultaneously demonizing everyone who dares to disagree?
That is why the only people you at convincing these days is those already living in the echo-chambers of your narrative.

No, there was no ad hominem there. Saying a comment is stupid is not as ad hominem. I attacked the argument, and not the person. Way to avoid actually addressing the point tho~
Yeah, that's right, Obama never faced lawsuits claiming he was not a natural born citizen, obstruction to everything he did, complaints about everything he did...oh wait, yes he did. So you are just factually mistaken.
And now you are assigning positions to me I have not taken. Fascinating stuff. Maybe you should actually read what I post, instead of assuming you know my positions. You said he was not responsible, now you say he is. Which is it?

I have never worked in the auto industry. If somehow I found myself as the head of Toyota, would it be an acceptable excuse to say, 'I am doing the best that I can under the circumstances that I have no experience or training in what I am being asked to do.' ? Trump ran on the claim that he had unique qualifications. Now we know that was BS.I think he is honestly trying the do the best he can...under the circumstances.

There are a handful of things he has done, or tried to do, that I liked. But they're relatively minor things. Nothing significant. On balance, though, he has been horrible. Just horrible. The best at being horrible. More horrible than any other horrible politician.Simple question that I'm sure will end in a respectable and dignified manner. Moreover, Trump's problems are not others trying to undermine him and there are no attempts to remove him from office (yet). Trump's problems are self-inflicted. Nobody is forcing him to profiteer from his office. Nobody forced him to hire his family for high offices. Nobody forces him to make idiotic 3AM tweets. Nobody else is publicly making hundreds of factually untrue statements.
Have you been watching the same campaign and after-election activity as I have? Did you completely ignore every single butt-hurt action to undermine, disrupt, and attempt to find some reason to impeach the President as I have?
I will admit that he has made a number of statements that were not factually true. However, I do not agree that he has not made "hundreds of factually untrue statements," as he has made a number of statements taken out of context, misrepresented intentionally by the MSM in the worst light possible, or outright falsely reported.

He has a bad habit of reacting when he shouldn't and in ways that only fuels the fire. Even when he doesn't start it, he pushes it along.
Exactly. He's not helping at all.
