IMO, the distinction many wish to make and legislate is, mistakenly, the color of one's skin or ethnicity but not the actual cause of the indigence. Culture is the heavy burden on many Americans.

IMO, African-Americans don't deserve special treatment or quotas for being at a disadvantage but those who think race hustlers like Sharpton are heroes are certainly at a disadvantage.

What about those who think Trump is a hero for his race hustling?

Race is not even well defined. It's based on skin color or facial features if the skin color isn't different. That's appearance not biology.

Seems there are plenty of old white men who are completely enraged with Trump's policies. For example, turn on Fox News (if you dare) to see pockets of this #stillneverTrump outrage.

Trump doesn't pander to issues that strictly look at the color of one's skin when attempting to influence government.
Neither does Black Lives Matter, BTW. It's a socialist group and wishes to change American government by introducing more socialism.
