- If Trump authorizes a deployment of troops the counter is that he didn't order the deployment.
- Liz had originally claimed that Trump was silent for over 3 hours during the riot until she must've heard about his tweets to remain peaceful and support the police so it became Trump refused to tell them to go home.

There was a clip of one of the rioters who was reading Trump's tweets and yelling them to the crowd over a megaphone. He said President Trump says not to hurt the police. He didn't say anyhting about the politicians....or words to that effect. I can't recall if it was after that tweet or before he read out the tweet that said that Pence was a coward and had let them down. If Trump had told them to stand down they would have but he didn't.
