The scary caravan at our border that Trump and his sycophants managed to convince Trump's drooling paranoid supporters was about to enter at midterm time to kill us all? Yeah, whatever happened to that caravan. Right after the Republicans and Trump got their asses handed to them in the midterms, we never heard a word again about it.

Well...uh....I think uh...that after we uh...knew that it was racist to ummm...put a ban on travel to CHina...we well...I like beans...and ummm...I think a travel ban would have been a good idea...and we ummm...could have uh...at some point maybe we uh...started to get some PPE....and...well...I would probably have someone like Dr Fauci to advise me.......

President Trump...what would you have done differently about COVID?

As we have seen, countries with less testing have fewer cases. I think ramping up testing was the worst thing we could have done. We would be much better off with no testing; then we would have few if any cases. I would also have fired our taskforce since it was their idea to ramp up testing.

KNOWING that China lied, the WHO sold out for China and told everyone they had everything under control, knowing that we had emergency overflow facilities set up prior to the outbreaks to the point where they never even got used, knowing that we had plenty of respirators and in fact tons of respirators that never got used....

what would you have done differently?

I can think of two things he should have done differently. One, not lie to his retarded supporters about how we were going to max out at 15 cases and then it was going to magically disappear. And two, not publicly thank President Xi on behalf of me and the other smart people in the country who don't support him for Xi's honesty and transparency.

That's why only morons support Trump or believe a word he says.

I wonder if Ingraham lets him grab her *****.
 
If I wanted to listen to a white-privilege racist twit rant I'd just listen to Trump speak. Otherwise I prefer not to be subjected to it.

I would have responded as soon as we had the first COVID-19 case in our country, similar to our response to Ebola, before there were any deaths, and I would have started pushing for test kits to be created when the WHO started creating theirs. Nothing was done in February while many of the countries who flattened their curves started their testing weeks before us. The CDC test kits started too late, and when those had issues, there was a massive delay in getting other companies started on new kits.

I also would not have ignored advisors in 2016 and 2017 who warned of a potential pandemic during this presidential term, nor would I have reduced funding to the CDC the past few years. I would not have said that COVID-19 severity was a hoax perpetrated by the opposing political party. I would not have said that COVID-19 was similar to influenza. I would not have asked whether it was possible if injecting something like disinfectant into our bodies would help to fight COVID-19. I certainly would not have lied that the question was sarcastically directed at the press. There are a lot of things I would have handled differently. Should I continue on and on?

The funniest thing about this is it relies on a completely fictionalized version of reality where Biden was the President and failed instead of the actual reality where Trump is the President and failed real hard.

What people have to tell themselves to excuse failure...

Yes, that is the point I was making. We waited too long to react while other countries reacted sooner. You thought it was better to wait and have longer stay at home orders? My family saw mid-March to mid-April becoming an issue and were talking about it in the middle of February.

Why do you think it was great to delay and act like COVID-19 would just disappear? Did you want our economy to collapse?
