Trump's campaign has not done that. And given the wide vote margins in each of these key states, his campaign is very, very unlikely to do so.

Who cares what YOU are waiting for? The lawsuits and criminal complaints are with corresponding affidavits are being filed. So it will be up to courts to do so. Because the allegations include denial of federal civil rights (a crime) and this is a federal election, it is entirely correct for the Attorney General and DOJ to intervene and investigation - including preserving evidence.

It's not clear what's so chilling about this.
It's far more benign than the thinking, and actual investigation -- without evidence-- that Mr. Trump had conspired with Russia in 2016.
