Feel free to comment, especially if the strikes changed your mind.

Wait, while all the progressives turn their head and look away.

It's become obvious that relying on facts, history, or any data is a waste of time with many on the left. They hate Trump, don't like our country or our military, seem to want to support anit semitism and rougue nations bent of the destruction of Israel and America. At least that's how I interrupt chants of "death to America", America is the "great Satan", signed pledges by Palestinians of eliminating Israel and the jews.

The past few decades have been difficult to take real action because the left is so opposed to any military action against Iran or the Palestinians. It seems the lack of knowledge leads them to support terror groups and countries that wish us harm and support terror.

Off-topic rant ⬆️ Your "na huh" is not debate. It refuted nothing I wrote.

There is already a president set by Obama, and Trump DID NOT KILL A US CITIZEN, as Obama did (without due Possess)!

There's really no reason have this poll, you should just as how much people hate Trump and have your TDS love fest....
"President"? "Possess"? I'll have what you're having!

LOL....It's primarily the non-MAGAs who insist on facts as reported in credible sources....and provide corroboration of claims when requested to do so.

It's primarily the non-MAGAs who exhibit a knowledge of history.

It's primarily the non-MAGAs who are concerned with maintaining the rule of law, adherence to judicial reviews/rulings, fair play, and decency.

I want him impeached because reasons, but being real, of all the things to impeach a CiC for, this probably ain't it.

He should have been impeached and convicted in the Senate in January 2021. That he was not is the reason for my signature. The United States as we know it, is going to die.

Starting a war with Iran without congressional authorization was a violation of the Constitution and an impeachable offense. Trump should be immediately removed from office. It’s clear. The constitution is clear. The violation is clear. The remedy is clear.

DJT is an insanely stupid liar saying things that no one with two working brain cells would believe.

That is merely your opinion, and IMO a silly partisan opinion at best.

I wonder what would happen if we bombarded the Pentagon with e-mails asking a question:

At what point does the US military doing nothing about a "Domestic Enemy" constitute:
"Dereliction of Duty"?

Answer to your "question," probably arrest, trial, and conviction for incitement to mutiny, or whatever civilian criminal charge applies since you are clearly not a serving member of U.S. Military.

Per the Constitution, the President is the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. He has the authority to give the perfectly legal orders used to target the potential nuclear threat posed by the Iranian government. He also warned the Iranian government that developing nuclear weapons or their precursors (like enriched uranium, and delivery systems) will result in a response.

Obama stated as much during his Administration.

This is bullshit, "Str8shooter."

Congress authorized U.S. military action for all of these anti-piracy actions.

1846: Polk – Ordered troops to occupy disputed Mexico territory

Polk's actions were intentionally provocative, but there is a huge difference between sending troops to a disputed territory on the one hand, and having bombers bomb a country on the other.

Also, while Congress did ultimately declare war, Polk's example is an example we should not follow.

1964–1973: Johnson – Escalated Vietnam War

2003–2011: Bush – Invaded Iraq

Polk's actions are reminiscent of the Gulf of Tonkin incident that lead to our increased involvement in Vietnam and the Second Iraq War.

In these three cases, the executive branch either engaged in deceit or provoked the enemy, or both.

These are terrible examples to argue in favor of Trump's order to bomb Iranian nuclear facilities.

If we're going to go to war, whether it's Mexico, Vietnam, Iraq, or Iran then Congress should vote on it, and do so on the basis of the executive branch acting in good faith.

Yes before. Yes after.

Donald Trump has proven to be the worst President in the history of the United States. The strike on Iran was just a cherry on the sundae. He should be removed from public service, and all those associated with him should never be allowed in public service ever again.

Perry's expedition was a diplomatic mission, and while the mission was partly intended to demonstrate the military might of the U.S. by showing off our naval vessels, this was a diplomatic mission and did not require Congressional authorization.

1866: Johnson – Sent troops to Mexico

Whoever wrote this list of U.S. engagements is either lying or doesn't know anything about U.S. history.

I suspect the author is lying, and as far as I'm concerned this list you've presented is pro-war propaganda.

Johnson did not send troops to Mexico in 1866.

One of our generals made the decision to enter Mexican territory with the goal of protecting some American citizens nearby. He was not ordered to do this, and his actions put the U.S. in a bad position. He was relieved of his command and Johnson repudiated Sedwick's actions.

"Infighting between the forces of the victorious Mexican Republicans added to the chaos along the Texas/Mexico border. General John Sedgwick had unwisely sent fifty men into Matamoros, across from Brownsville, in support of a Mexican general opposed to Benito Juarez. Though he had soon made amends by forcing the surrender of the town to the Juarez forces, he had inadvertently undermined United States support for Juarez and endangered an agreement with France that American forces would not intervene in Mexico when French troops withdrew. General Sheridan summarily relieved Sedwick of his command. (By John Osborne)"

"1866: Mexico: To protect American residents, General Sedgwick and 100 men in November obtained surrender of Matamoros, on the border state of Tamaulipas. After three days he was ordered by U.S. Government to withdraw. His act was repudiated by President Andrew Johnson."

... and OBAMA

Wait until this whole this gets really ugly (it's coming) and then everyone should answer again.
Disagree.
I think MAGA and Trump need to deal with whatever shit they stir up. Its solely on them.
Let America see how pathetic they truly are.
Spineless Johnson ain't doing shit. He is deathly afraid of Trump.

I mentioned in my first post on this that this is another's list. I also mentioned that I had not verified it. Finally, I also mentioned that I didn't know if it was the poster on another site's work or if he took that list off of the internet. Bullshit or not, it gave you something to do besides taking naps.

I felt he deserved to be impeached his first term.

But not for this. Several Presidents have carried out military strikes without Congressional sign off.
Maybe it's time to Make Congress Great Again?

Republicans wont impeach trump for trying to kill their own vice president they wont impeach him for anything.

YOU should have fact-checked the list before YOU brought it here.
