SWAPO - President Mugabe true hero of African liberation
This article is by SWAPO, the South West Africa People's Organization, the governing party of Namibia, and a civil groups which fought South African apartheid for over thirty years. it explains how Robert Mugabe is one of Africa's greatest heroes, and how he helped liberate an entire country and take steps to repair the damage caused by years of white rule.
And proceeded to **** the country up even worse then it had been already, which is really saying something.
How is returning the land to it's rightful owners a bad thing?
Ira a bad thing when you force the area's kids into being soldiers, steal from the people, be epically corrupt and ruin the country's economy.
But while we're on the topic of returning land.....when's China pulling out of Tibet?
How is returning the land to it's rightful owners a bad thing?
Even if we set aside for a moment whether that was right or not, Mugabe is not a hero. He's had his opposition arrested and beaten during a peaceful protest and he's been complicit/engaged in some of the most rampant corruption in recent history.
Arresting violent criminals who threaten the democratic system should be applauded.
