It's a bad thing when you force the area's kids into being soldiers, steal from the people, be epically corrupt and ruin the country's economy.

But while we're on the topic of returning land.....when's China pulling out of Tibet?

Even if we set aside for a moment whether that was right or not, Mugabe is not a hero. He's had his opposition arrested and beaten during a peaceful protest and he's been complicit/engaged in some of the most rampant corruption in recent history.

How exactly was Morgan Tsvangirai and his movement violent? And if he was, then why did Mugabe enter into a coalition government with a violent criminal if he's a hero?

And I think the biggest thing threatening a democratic system would be the rampant murder and forced relocation of opposition members right before in election.
