Illegal Migrant Kills NJ Mom, Her Daughter in Horrific Wrong-Way Crash

Absolutely, victims have rights. On what legal grounds do you believe this legal citizen of the United States should have been deported? He was born in this Country.
I am not saying other’s don’t have a “right to life”. Come here legally, go through the process…..be vetted. I am blessed to have several friends whom did just that. It can be done.
This particular thread is about an illegal alien who was arrested many times for various criminal acts and yet was protected by the State of NJ, and allowed to be back out on the streets which led to a mother and 11 year old child being killed. That little girl suffered. She didn’t die upon impact.
  • 2008: Arrested for disorderly conduct
  • January 2, 2023: Arrested for assault
  • January 2023: Caught leaving the scene of an accident; fined $970
  • June 2023: Arrested for domestic violence
  • March 20, 2024: Arrested for DUI
  • April 17, 2024: Arrested again for DUI
Come here legally and go thru the process is what they want when they come.
But the system is broke and slow. They get lost in the system.

The OP subject had his 1st run in with the law in 08. So, likely came in under Bush II.
trump said he was going to deport all the criminal illegals, so why was he still here in 2025? trump failed. since his location and whereabouts are known.

Blaming the entirety of immigrants for the actions of 1 or some, is pointless and solves nothing.

Just like deporting all vets because one vet killed others.
The montana shooter is a vet. History of mental health. Yet the residents had to live with that person who is unstable. He should have been in treatment or hospital if not the deport option you want for all illegal immigrants, many of whom been here for 30 yrs or more.

Really? So if they're not in the US they just cease to exist?

if they kill people in their home country - they're legally there, its their home

again, its like me letting someone into your house that you don't know and they commit a crime .... you're blame me partially too for allowing them in your house wouldn't you ? vs allowing someone in your house that's supposed to be there (like your spouse)

look, liberals/Democrats are trying everything they can to justify the human trafficking/rapes/murder/crimes of the illegally here people ............. ya'll just don't care about all the harm to US citizens

What makes our citizens so special?

they are legal US citizens

do you not understand the difference between a legal US Citizen and a person illegally in the USA ??

The legality of them being here.

I hear that grants rights.

You can try to prove me wrong if you want.
You're changing the subject.

They are here legally for starters
That makes them more special than Mexican citizens? Or African citizens? Australians?

I stand by my comments. IF Perez had not been allowed to remain in the Country and been deported when he should have been after committing many crimes, legal immigrants Maria Pleitez and her 11 year old daughter Dayanara would still be alive.
As for the rest of your post. I totally agree that our Country has a serious mental health issue. It is something very close to my heart, as I have been heavily involved in non profits regarding that issue.
How do you suggest a legal citizen be deported? Perhaps a civics course would be helpful.

Lol.

What a dunb analogy.

Its not a stranger going into domones house.

They come here because our economy needs their labor, many come illegally because while thrir labor os needed, they have Americam. Usiness wanting their labor, tje legal im.igration system is badly broken, and dies notcallow much of the labor our economy needs to come legally.

That is on us not them.

What makes Americans more special than citizens of other countries?

I never said they were - you used "special" ... I never did

I love my countrymen more than I love other people in other country's - its ok to be proud of nation and a strong sense of citizenship and call illegally here people what they are

ILLEGALLY HERE

100% of the problems they cause could go away overnight if 100% of them were deported - and they are illegally here against out nations laws

What a bunch of ignorant nonsense!

If you got your wish you would crash our economy and the ensuing depression would be far more damaging to citizens than illegals are.

100% of the problems come from the fact that our economy badly needs their labor and our broken immigrarion system doesnt allow most of the labor our economy needs to come legally.

That is on us.

Blaming good hard working people for our problems is just dumb.

Lol.

They come here because our economy needs their labor
BS - you think this guy was here to work hard ? please - some do, some don't, some mooch and live off US taxpayer dollars, some are druggies, deadbeats, criminals, rapists, convicts, murderers ..... some work illegally you're right

thing is they are ALL breaking our laws by being here illegally without anyone knowing who they are

, many come illegally because while thrir labor os needed, they have Americam. Usiness wanting their labor, tje legal im.igration system is badly broken, and dies notcallow much of the labor our economy needs to come legally.
we elected Trump to secure the border and reduce the illegals in this nation and he's doing it DESPITE all the Democrats fighting him daily
Thank Trump - he's doing great for the American people
That is on us not them.

again BS - they didn't want to go through the system - they wanted to break the laws and get around the system because its what they wanted

I'm playing ball tonight with a guy from El Salvador - spend years before becoming a US citizen, he did it the right way. He voted Trump. My GF works with a lady from Peru - legal immigrant - she voted Trump. They despise all the people coming here illegally and Democrats who allow it

It makes them legal citizen’s of the Untied States of America. No more “special”, but legally entitled to be here.

While none of this is wrong, the others are also right about them not doing harm to citizens if they weren't here.

Like most things in our lives we place a value on things and base our need/wants on that value. We then argue from that valuation. We expect some level of criminality from citizens, and our laws reflect that. We don't expect those illegally here people to continually be released, and allowed to stay in the country to do more harm.

I want immigration increased, to handle all of our needs, and be a specific type of immigrant. The working, contributing type. The others can all be deported. This requires my type of wanted immigrant to be legal, and our government should make it so.

fact.
- you think this guy was here to work hard ?
not this particular guy. There are a bad apple or two in any large grpup.

in general they absolutely come to work. If they couldnt get jobs they would not come.

facts.
please - some do, some don't, some mooch and live off US taxpayer dollars
false.

they dont qualify for benefits, and they contribute more then they cost.

they are a net gain.

You are so poorly informed.
, some are druggies, deadbeats, criminals, rapists, convicts, murderers ..... some work illegally you're right
Of course there are a few bad apples in every group. The percentage that are those things is far lower then the percentage of US citizens that are those things
thing is they are ALL breaking our laws by being here illegally without anyone knowing who they are
So let them come legally, our economy obviously needs them. They are working.
again BS - they didn't want to go through the system - they wanted to break the laws and get around the system because its what they wanted
Lol.

Just plain dumb. Of course they would much rather come legally, it is far better to be here legally than illegally. What you said makes zero sense and refle ts poorly on you.

YEs. Some people come legally.

FACT:

Our legal immigratiom system is broken and does not allow nearly enough in, quickly enough, to meet the labor needs of the American Economy.

You are really poorly ingormed.

Its a dumb point.

They are here because our ecinomy needs their labor.

The kind of immigrants we need in the greatest numbers are laborers, ag laborers, construction laborers, service laborers.

We should do a better job of training our own people to do the higher skilled, higher paid, jobs instead of importing them, and we should import as many laborers, legally, as our economy needs.

they contribute more then they cost.
They also send tons of money back home instead of injecting that into the economy. They use this country for Mexico's financial gain.
