While I do not think that every illegal immigrant in the US should be deported, I do think that everyone of those who have been found guilty of some crime should be immediately deported after having served whatever sentence they were given for the crime they had committed.
 
another case of the Feds turning their backs on the needs of a State. Local LE should have the ability to check a persons immigration status and to make sure the person is held when the crime supports such action.
