Yes it is...the word has nothing to do with legal status. Who is determining that a person is illegal? You?This isn't about immigrants it's about illegal aliens.
If they're accused of a crime and being a sentence to a penalty because of it or having to pay liability because of it.
So if someone is determined to be an illegal alien what would there be a trial for? It's a simple question let'splease try to answer it
This isn't about immigrants.
An immigrant is a person who moves to live permanently in a country other than the one where they were born. This term describes individuals who have left their native land to settle in a new country, often seeking a better quality of life, new opportunities, or to join family.
Key points about immigrants:
- Origin: They were not born in the country where they are now living.
- Intent: The move is generally intended to be permanent.
- Status: Immigrants can have various legal statuses, and becoming a citizen is a possible outcome of the immigration process.
- Related terms: The term can also be described as a migrant or foreign-born person, and it is the opposite of an emigrant, who leaves their country.
