Chaos ensued during the arrest of illegal alien influencer Tatiana Martinez while she was live streaming from her car in Los Angeles. Martinez, known for tracking ICE agents and using her TikTok account to alert protesters to the locations of their arrests, is a Colombian citizen who entered the US in 2022 according to DHS. She was released into the country by the Biden Administration along with millions of other illegals.

According to DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin, Martinez was arrested for a previous DUI conviction in Los Angeles. This makes her a prime target for deportation under Donald Trump's crackdown on migrants.

Just so you hear it again since you are ignoring it. She's and illegal alien. Illegal aliens, especially those convicted of a crime, are being rounded up. Not to mention, her overachieving in having ICE agents doxxed.

Are ice agents in a public place. You are using doxxing incorrectly. You cannot dox somweone in a public place. And identifying LOE locations is protected constitutional speech.

Officers cannot just open car doors during routine stops without a reason. Doing so without safety concerns or suspicion could be deemed an unreasonable search under the Fourth Amendment. Did they know who she was?

Her real name is Leidy Tatiana Mafla-Martinez and she is from Columbia. She referred to the ICE officer as "chickie" when she asked him why she was being arrested. If she alerted crazy protesters to disrupt, harass and disrespect ICE and law enforcement officers in California, she'll never get a second chance to remain during her hearing. Plus, she should have been deported when she was convicted of a DUI. No wonder she felt such entitlement. California sanctuary cities are to blame. The criminal illegal alien thought she was untouchable.

Illegal entry is sufficient cause for deportation. Having been convicted of a prior crime may be cause to prevent legal reentry, depending on the crime.
