Registered to vote and actually voting are two different things. One person and you're painting the whole democratic party. I think you need a bigger brush, one that includes independents too.

And dude was working as the Superintendent in Iowa because he was placed in that role by an executive search firm out of TX.

In fact, every superintendent role that he was in? He was placed there by executive search firms.

Time after time? Headhunters make $$$. Different firms running the search in every state 😂.

They made $$$ for the placement/hire - at a base salary of around $270K in Iowa, likely a nice commission check of about $80K…and they didn’t do THEIR due diligence on a background check and work authorization.

🤷‍♀️

School districts and tax payers got screwed - headhunters have no actual liability and make bank.

So goes the biz 😂

Not all headhunters are actually GOOD at their jobs.

Why would dems cover anything up?

They didn’t hire the guy.

A school district engaged an Executive Search firm out of TX to fill the role of a superintendent position.

The executive search firm out of TX didn’t properly vet the guy.

The school district likely paid a fee to that firm of $80K or so for the hire.

Nothing TO “cover up” other than a crappy search firm doing a crappy job and getting paid well for it.

Not everyone that hangs a shingle as a “headhunter” is good. In fact, many are no better than used car salesman.

Iowa public schools got screwed by a crappy search firm.

No more, no less.

Truly about 5 minutes of searching the internet - and it is crystal clear how this guy got to be a superintendent anywhere.

Crappy head hunting firms engaged by various school districts to hire for the role.

His work history really kind of sucks. I have no doubt that eager recruiters at each of the firms had “happy ears” when doing their screenings and didn’t check all the boxes in regards to hiring, background checks, etc.

Happens every.single.day

It’s not like there is a gigantic pool of public school superintendents just floating around out there in the talent market cruising job postings and sitting around unemployed.


Mistakes were made and dude got a job perhaps he shouldn’t have had. Happens every single day.

The MAGAsphere will salivate and try to make a big deal because “culture wars” bullshit and also because most of them have NO idea how the labor market works and positions get filled.
