you should watch it now or as soon as you can. It is to us now, what "1984" was to us old folks back in the early 50's. Read it, understand what it is telling us. There is a reason you don't hear too much about it...
 
The book was very good. The movie was blah, IMO, I think it suffered from the usual problems when interesting and subtle works of literature are adapted to be mass-market "blockbuster" films. I personally wouldn't call it the next 1984, but I'm curious, why do you say that?
 
Saw it a few months ago, it didn't hold my interest very well but to each his own wrt entertainment.
 
Meh, read the reviews and am not impressed. Plus, we dumped Netflix several years ago and have zero intentions of returning.

I do like Sam Esmail's work on I-Robot though.
