Which 3rd party candidate has had a chance to win an election in your lifetime?

It's almost like people don't realize that there is no perfect candidate. Even if there was a 3rd party it wouldn't be exactly what you want. And even if it was for a second it wouldn't stay that way.

It's all pie in the sky bullshit.

One would think that Southern religious conservatives would want to move away from a lying crook and con man who swindles his own family and is from New York City.

You're not thinking, your stereotyping. But, do you seriously think any of those people would vote for swampy Joe?
 
To effect a significant change in the polarization we now see in these United States, more than the president will have to change. The attitude of each of our two main political parties toward the other, as well as their current drive for political power in a no-holds-barred manner, will also have to change. President of the United States of America Donald Trump, as I've stated many times, serves as the symbol for a large number of people within the country who feel that things are not right. As long as politicians plow the ground of their discontent rather than addressing their issues, we can expect little to change.
