If leftists hate the USA so much, why don’t they leave?

They always talk about how great Scandinavian countries are (even though technically they aren’t really “Socialist”). They should move there if they’re so great. They’re just ruining the US by staying here. This includes Hollywood! (Got that Baldwin brothers? Stephen is more than welcome to stay here though!)

This is the most pathetic game.
Plenty claimed to leave because of President Obama being reelected.

I have a few, I have been anxiously waiting to help them pack.

BTW, "a more perfect union", will never be achieved if those willing to acknowledge the imperfections leave.

Face it, America needs those who are critical.

I don't hate the US and people on the left rarely do. Often times they dislike rural culture which many conservatives confuse for US culture as a whole.

Who are you referring to? Names please. Who is a 'leftist' that you claim 'hates the USA'? And, who the hell ever talks about Scandinavian countries? You've lost all perspective. It may do you good to lay off politics entirely at least for a day or two.
 

Your side is always praising how the Scandinavian governments work. And look at Jeremiah Wright saying, “Not *** bless America, *** damn America! That’s in the *****!”

Smart people learn from others and good examples. Smart nations do the same.

Also, when you truly love something, you help it strive for greatness instead of enable it in its mediocrity.
 

Wrong, all lies. Yes, your anger sure makes you look like a good Christian. Don't take God's name in vain but it's okay to support a man that separated little kids from their mother's and put them into detention centers to be abuse and even raped. That's right, don't take God's name in vain that would be a 'sin on your soul', right?
 

Someone can be critical of something but still be overall supportive. When someone only has bad things to say, it is not unreasonable to conclude they don’t like that thing.

You do realize that I find rural areas to be very boring right? I actually want to move to a bigger city eventually. I just happen to respect rural values.

The US?

Plenty, I love the bill of rights (except maybe the third, that's pretty useless these days). I love the spirit of technical innovation in this country. I love the cities and the culture in them. I love the variety of food that can be found here. I love how good our college education system is. I love the sheer variety of landscapes and cultures in a single country. I love the history. The airports (strange one I know). I love our our culture has the capacity to learn and grow when it is willing to. The sheer amount of breweries and just the huge number of types and flavors of beer to try. The long stretches of empty highway. The beautiful scenery. The landmarks (from the mainstream onces to odd things like rock city in chattanooga)

Why?

Ah, yes, I recall many Dems and liberals so concerned about “violent rhetoric” from the TEA party but when arson, property damage, looting and assaults on police happened during protests and very few on the left were willing to condemn it.

I just watched most of the whole speech on YouTube. And even after that, Wright is taking things out of context and not acknowledging that the past history he is talking about was actually fixed by Republicans. America outlawed slavery within its first hundred years, while it took every other major country much longer. Wright doesn't mention that. He still says "*** damn America" so that says something. He had a history calling America a rogue nation, but not talking about nations like Iran. And you do realize those detention centers were under Obama's presidency right? Quit watching CNN. Obama actually deported more illegal aliens than any other president including Trump! It's probably the only good thing Obama has done.

Fascist means dictatorship and no freedom of speech. Now talking about no freedom of speech, tell me which side is censoring the other side's views and which side is preventing the other side from speaking on college campuses again? The fascism philosopher that leftist media and leftist academia ignore because it ruins their narrative was Giovanni Gentile. Look him up. He was a man on the hard left. Mussolini was also on the left and a fascist.

Lol, please, it’s the left that supports the most long lasting and restrictive controls on people’s ability to work and go to church. To be fair, you all are more supportive of the freedom to riot and break some ****, I’ll give you that.

Well Reagan was part of Hollywood too, but people change. People still involved with Hollywood, for the most part, haven't changed. And I seem to remember the left LOVING Trump over a decade ago, especially when he was a Democrat and especially when he criticized W. And I've noticed far more on the left who say they'll leave but don't.
