If guns make us safer.....

the anti gun legions are afraid to publicly come out and say (for the most part) what their real goals are-to get rid of pro gun groups as a voting bloc and to kill off legal gun ownership. So instead they lie about only wanting "common sense" gun laws or "to keep morons" from having guns. Of course to do that, they happily want to abolish the gun rights of millions.

The idea that any measure of gun control is a secret hidden conspiracy to ben every gun from existence is so laughable that everyone with a brain can see right thru that paranoid delusion.

The difference is that if we examined traffic laws...we would examine the circumstances of the incidents rather than demand we take cars away from everyone. A lot of murder involves convicted criminals, addiction, and/or gang related violence. Domestic violence as well. These are all related and have a lot to do with how we handle these issues in America. Culturally, legally, and so on. So why aren't we looking at these issues like that? Because it is too easy to blame guns.

Might we do something like require licensing with a written and performance test, a background check of the driver and registration of the vehicle? Oh wait we already did all those things in an attemtp to reduce auto deaths. We should do the same for guns

How do you go from "it's just a form" to wondering how it being more than a form is not such a big deal? You contradict yourself every single time.

The correct answer to "it's not just a form, is it?" should have two possible answers: "Correct, just fill out the form and you're done", or "it's a form, hours or days of active time/wait time, fees and governmental permission, so no, it's not just a form".


Anything else is you tap-dancing.

Its just a form. Much less painful than a passport application which I believe you somehow managed to survive. This drama over this simple form is ridiculous

So tell me is it a paranoid delusion when you hear it directly from the mouth of the elected law makers?

Dianne Feinstein 1995~ "If I could have got 51 votes in the senate of the United States for an out right ban, picking up every last one of them! Mr. & Mrs. America turn them all in! I would have done it!"

He constantly lies and he constantly shows his posts are dishonest. His thousands of frantic anti gun posts show continual praise for all sorts of laws that are designed to prevent law abiding citizens from being able to own guns such as

1) laws in some countries that require you prove NEED to own a gun

2) all sorts of licensing requirements and fees

3) claiming he wants to ban "morons" form being able to own guns Such a standard allows him to claim anyone who doesn't buy into his frantic anti gun hatred should not be able t wn a gun

Yes it is paranoid delusion. The chances of her passing such a bill is exactly zero percent.

Really? Its called death by a million paper cuts. First its a semi-automatic "assault weapons" & Hi Capacity magazine ban. When that doesn't work they neuter your hand guns to only hold five rounds. They will continue to pass BS, feel good laws, and force the supreme court to over turn the law if they decide to hear the case. Considering the only thing it would take is a willing President, willing congress, that is much higher probability than zero percent!
