You’re forgetting the 13th amendment to the Constitution. The abolishment of slavery is right there. Abortion isn’t listed or addressed in the Constitution. Slavery is in the 13th amendment.

The question on abortion is whether or not it is a Federally protected right. Both positions can be legitimately argued. The Constitution explicitly forbids slavery except in the case of convicted criminals. There's no alternative argument to be made.

Trump can easily come up with an alternative argument, maybe even dozens. The Man is genius.

I am thinking it will start in South Carolina, but in truth Mississippi has more to gain.
