ICE shoots non-threatening pastor in head with pepper ball

This is being reposted given the missing posts, and given the fact that I've already run into a standard MAGA dishonest tactic: demanding "evidence" of something splattered all over the media for a while.

So for the record, yes, ICE agents standing on a building shot a pastor standing below in the head with pepper balls for talking to them.

The last time this was posted Righties on here claimed the pastor was trespassing on federal property. Notice he ISN'T standing on a public sidewalk when he was shot, was their argument.

Now people, seriously, regardless of your politics, HOW empty of a shell must a human being be to make such asinine excuses for pepperballing a priest who is displaying no hostility, is unarmed, and is maybe one step away from a "public sidewalk."

I hate to say this, but I am willing to bet those who made those asinine comments were really rubbing their hands in glee figuring "yeah, we got one of 'em."

Bet they still will do the same on this thread. Anyone taking bets?

Seems the pastor - thanks to the link provided by our friend BitterPill (above) shows he was far more human, humane, and decent than the assholes on the roof.

That is NOT why the pastor was shot with a pepper ball. The pastor was trespassing on private property, which the ICE agents were tasked with protecting. We don't know if the ICE agents told the pastor to get off the property, but it's safe to presume that they did tell him to move to the sidewalk (public property), because the other protesters were not on the property.

Notice that after being hit with the pepper ball, the pastor retreated to the sidewalk.
 

ICE are now also kidnapping people simply because of their ethnicity.

That still doesn't justify shooting him in the head with a pepper ball.

Unless he was trying to bash down the door or throwing things at them, they had NO JUSTIFICATION WHATSOEVER to do what they did!

Just like suing the shit out of Gestapo-acting ICE agents for unlawful use of force. Very normal reaction.

That's not true.

You don't understand trespassing criteria, with regards to Federal property. The protesters were blocking an ICE vehicle from leaving the federal facility - impeding ICE operations.

IF the ICE agents told the pastor to stay off of private property, (and it's safe to presume they did) then they were justified in using physical force to keep him off the property.

The pastor retreated to the place where he was told to be. The video doesn't lie. Everyone can see the facts.

The only unknown part of the story is what ICE told the man before shooting him with the pepper ball. It's too bad there is no audio included with the video. I suspect that the missing audio is intentional.

If the reports are correct, this priest was on a sidewalk. If that's true, this was totally unjustified & the agent can be held criminally and/or civilly liable.

The reports are incorrect - he was NOT on the sidewalk. The other protesters were. WATCH THE VIDEO. The pastor retreated to the sidewalk after being hit with the pepper-ball.

It was a justified use of force. The pastor was instructed to stay off of federal property (however that audio was edited from the video, and replaced with music) , and the pastor defiantly refused. He learned a lesson. The next time a federal officer tells him to stay off federal property, then he will probably comply.
 
MAGAs loves ICE shooting religious people in the head if they disagree with their Republican Jesus.

Or if they even speak out for the humane treatment of brown people.
