Police say Cobos-Martinez was cleaning a room with an unnamed witness as the incident unfolded. The witness told police Cobos-Martinez became upset when the victim, Chandra Nagamallaiah, used the unidentified witness to translate his request to not use a broken washing machine instead of speaking to him directly, according to the affidavit.

Surveillance video shows Cobos-Martinez leaving the motel room, pulling out a machete and attacking Nagamallaiah. After the victim ran, the attack continued outside – in front of the victim’s wife and son – both of whom attempted to intervene, according to the affidavit. After beheading Nagamallaiah, Cobos-Martinez allegedly placed the victim’s head in a dumpster.

Cobos-Martinez was previously held in ICE Dallas custody at the Bluebonnet Detention Center but was released on an order of supervision on January 13 “because Cuba would not accept him because of his criminal history,” according to ICE. CNN has reached out to the Cuban Consulate in the US to verify this accusation

Cobos-Martinez’s criminal history includes “child sex abuse, grand theft of a motor vehicle, false imprisonment and carjacking,” according to ICE,

I'm pretty sure Cabos-Martinez was the Charlie Kirk shooter too. They're holding the wrong guy for it.

So...nobody wants him. No problem.

Execute him.

ICE detained someone that committed murder - after they committed said crime.

With the history this guy supposedly has, and the fact that it’s Sept - why the hell hadn’t this guy already been picked up by Trump’s ICE?

Instead, they waited until after he committed ANOTHER crime?

Perhaps they should be focusing on ACTUAL violent criminals like they said they were? Instead of grabbing non-violent individuals like many that they’ve detained have been?

Seems this victim is dead because ICE doesn’t know how to prioritize if you ask me. 🤷‍♀️

Yeah, that's it

I don’t care about the ICE bit. Why is this person not in jail on a murder charge?

Yeah, that's it
Yesterday an ICE agent shot and killed an immigrant over…a reckless driving background.

Meanwhile no one had chased this guy down - and he BEHEADED someone.

I’d say priorities are definitely lacking.

Shouldn’t individuals with child sex abuse, false imprisonment, car jacking and grand theft auto be HIGHER on the list of “bad guys” targeted for removal than reckless driving?

Not sure who he is, but I am guessing SNL, which I don't find funny in the slightest bit.
Yep. He created it and wrote it. John Belushi, Dan Akroyd, Chevy Chase et. al. George Carlin hosted the first episode.
Michaels left the show in the mid 80's sometime.

just guessing but this maybe was before SCOTUS allowed deportation to other countries then just the migrants home country?

Dallas police identified the suspect as Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, who is being held without bond on a charge of capital murder by terror threat. CNN has been unable to verify whether formal charges have been filed.

Shouldn’t he be tried and jailed for his crime instead of being deported by ICE and therefore suffering virtually no consequences for his actions? I do not understand why Kristi wants to let this guy get away with murder?!

You can take the man out of Cuba, but you can't take Cuba out of the man.

Lorne Michaels wants a word with you.

He wasn't funny... John Belushi and Dan Akroyd were. Gilda, Eddie and Bill were too... Lorne? Not so much.

He was the writer. He created SNL. He sometimes did little cameos like Tarantino.

I know. He didn't make us laugh... my team on the list did.

Yeah, no doubt those were great performers but Michaels wrote that stuff. Created it.

Well, they could work out a compromise - send his head back to Cuba, keep the rest in jail here. :)
