I expected a lot more from the MSM on Roe v Wade - what's going on?

Here's CNN this morning, abortion-related stories are circled:

a.webp

I thought an SC ruling against abortion (more accurately, leaving it up to the states) would be apocalyptic. Saturday Night Live takes on abortion? What an odd thing to report on as millions of women suffer.

Ukraine, Antarctica melting, Vicky White escapes with an inmate, May 9th is a big day for Russia, and Lavrov whoever makes a Hitler comment. Are "women" a joke to you, CNN?

I'm rarely shocked by the leftist media - but admittedly I'm at a loss here.

You have probably been watching too much Right wing not quite MSM. They don't want to talk about this AT ALL.

While abortion is a very important issue to millions, we've been hearing about it 24/7 for almost a week. There is other stuff to report in the news.

And by the way, Roe is still the law of the land. All we have is a draft.

This is nothing more than a CNN bashing OP.

It's not breaking news. CNN's Abby Phillip had it as her lead topic this morning.

hey. he thinks he's sneaky.

i guess that makes him feel good though. it's like he's built this universe in his head where RvW isn't really a big deal and this is all gonna blow over without millions of women (and men) becoming militant and voting out those who would take privacy away from women.

this generation of confederates can't pass fast enough.

Don't worry, CNN is doing their part to spread disinformation.

Here they are, pushing the WH efforts to gaslight people into thinking that any violence that comes from pro-abortion protesters is actually coming from right wing people who LOVE the Supreme Court ruling.

Lead story now on CNN 'State of The Union' with Jake Tapper.

That OP didn't last long.

The OP implicitly relegates two articles in one day from one station as being all of MSM not giving as much attention to the SC draft in question and the entire question of a woman's right to abortion. I hear about this stuff every day on multiple MSM station. The OP is mis/disinfo bashing all of MSM via CNN single morning two sub-articles of news on the subject in question. OP-fail.

BTW, Fox News is, w/o doubt, MSM.

They certainly are talking about it on the Sunday shows this AM. Lots!!! it has also been a top story pretty much all week. Fareed even included it in his opening remarks but, as is his style, it was in the much broader context of culture wars.

It isn't a ruling yet.

It isn't a ruling yet.

Instead of wiping R v W away, they could always further limit a woman's right to her own body that would make matters worse than they already are. Which matters are worst in red states. Pretty bad as is.
