Meghan McCain '''Never Going to Forgive''' Trump Attacks on Dad | Time

Megan McCain made her feelings clear about the way President Donald Trump repeatedly attacks her father, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), over the weekend.

On Friday, McCain accepted the Lyndon B. Johnson Liberty and Justice for All award in Texas on behalf of her father, who was diagnosed with brain cancer in July 2017. She said she remains angry about the way Trump talks about her father.

I think these personal attacks began during the campaign when Trump dismissed Mccain's war hero status because he got captured. A needlessly hurtful remark. It doesn't take much to attack someone of note & try to tear them down.

John McCain deserved all the crap Trump gave him.He is a traitor to the Republican party.

She loves her dad. She dislikes the guy who insulted him. Seems the most normal thing in the world to me.

She's defending her father, I'd expect nothing less of her. Just as I'd expect nothing less of one of Trumps kids.

McCain was a Republican when Trump was endorsing Hillary Clinton.

Because they're not the Republican party anymore, they're the Trump party.
