Presidential candidate Obama said on the campaign trail on May 16, 2008, "We can't drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times."

But President Obama may have different rules. The New York Times reports photos of the president in the Oval Office without his jacket on — are explained because he keeps the thermostat on high. The president's senior adviser, David Axelrod says, "He's from Hawaii, OK? He likes it warm. You could grow orchids in there."

I've heard that he's been keeping the temp at 77 degrees, but I cannot find anything online to back that up.
 
Maybe that rumor was about the summertime. :2razz:

I heard a rumor that you shave cats and teach them to walk backwards.

"Washington-- We have reports today that this morning at about 5:43 A.M. President Obama drank from the milk carton. At 5:44 AM, President Obama noticed our sneaky, sneaky, reporter, who was hiding in the bushes, grinned and wiped away his milk mustache with his left arm, in an Un-Presidential manner. At 5:45 AM, President Obama then put the milk carton back into the refrigerator, but under the influence of an absent mind, left the top on the kitchen counter. At 5:46 AM President Obama realized his blunder, apologized with a thumbs up toward our reporter, and at 5:47 AM rectified his blunder by repositioning the top back onto the carton. At 5:48 AM Mr. Obama turned off the lights in the Kitchen and slowly walked out of the room clutching two, large, chocolate muffins encrusted with diamonds and fried in liquidized currency."

i am actually glad, this time, that we are off-topic. This is fantastic. Let us not give any credit to those who are posting/spewing these ridiculous posts about Obama. We all know politicians are Hippocrits we don't need FoxNews to tell us.
