We have been watching the entire world go woke and the Biden regime is pushing the insistence that America embrace and even encourage sex change operations and that there is no difference between males and females, along with equity and CRT by going after corporations that they think are not being "equitable". No longer is the word equality used. Instead, the leaders are using the term "equity" which really is a form of socialism and implies that all humans should have what other humans do, no matter their work ethic, attitude, personal responsibility, or societal contributions. We are also to just let people do pretty much what they want to, including claiming they are females if they are male and vice versa, having abortions at the expense of the rest of society, commit crimes without punishment.

The HRC is a worldwide group and gets hundreds of millions of dollars in donations every year and THEY are the ones responsible for the above by coercing companies to follow what they call CEI and they give companies scores for how many gays, transgenders, minorities, and handicapped people they hire. They are just a giant shakedown organization, patterned after the race hustlers Jesse Jackson and Al Sharptons of the world who would threaten companies behind the scenes with ruination because they didn't have enough blacks. Sharpton recently did things with Mcdonald's.

The HRC does have a number of other tools that it can use to pressure companies to improve their LGBTQ+ workplace equality. For example, the HRC can publish reports on companies that have poor LGBTQ+ workplace records. The HRC can also lobby government officials to pass laws that protect LGBTQ+ workers. And the HRC can work with investors to pressure companies to adopt more inclusive policies.

In addition to the HRC, there are a number of other organizations that work to promote LGBTQ+ workplace equality. These organizations include the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, and the American Civil Liberties Union. These organizations can also use a variety of tools to pressure companies to improve their LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

The HRC = shakedown artists worldwide. Companies cringe at the prosp[ect of a bad CEI score. NOW you know why big corporations have gone woke.

Let's pretend you know something about business (because you certainly don't know anything about social policy or problems) and your CEO quits to work for another company about the same size as yours but that pays him/her more. When you go to advertise for a new CEO are you going to cut the salary offered? Of course not. You're going to just throw money at it.

Don't try to tell people that money doesn't solve problems. It does.
