How Will Trump Embarrass the US In Rome This Weekend?

We're sending Trump to this solemn service? This must be the anti-Christian bias I'm hearing about.

Yep, the shoving is what inspired my post. I can just picture him doing it.
 
April 25 is the 80th anniversary of Liberation Day — the end of Italian Fascist and German Nazi rule of Italy in 1945.

While there are usually tensions between anti-fascist Italians, especially surviving partisans, and the neo-fascist politicians on this holiday, this year Meloni’s far right government has taken advantage of the death of Pope Francis to call for subdued celebrations. (Past years have seen government attempts to mute anti-fascist rhetoric.)

I half expect DJT to stumble into this recurring struggle to whitewash Italian fascism, and not on the moral side of the argument — because blonde, petite female Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and her ties to neo-fascism.

On the other hand, the Inter-Rome soccer match in the Italian Cup race is not being postponed for the Pope’s funeral so disrespect is already on the program.

Edited to add: One of the papabili, Cardinal Zuppi, stated “Let us remember liberation” [Ricordiamoci la liberazione] as he entered the Vatican today.

Out of curiosity, how did you end up getting the gig to change the diapers of elderly men? Was this the sort of thing you sort of fell into, or was it a choice that you pursued? In your journey, which conservative's pooped pants did you find most appealing? Do those in fields such as yours save momentos? Is it a kink thing?

I'm just curious, I've never met a person who specialized in the poop of elderly men before.

Some folks will use any excuse to visit Rome on their birthday. He'd rather be playing golf on our tax money and lining his pockets with housing his SS agents and entourage.
