Gov. Quinn, despite overwhelming support in both State houses, despite all but the limp-wristed liberals on the Lakefront and Northshore, despite what the Illinois Supreme Court mandated and the entire State of IL sans a few idiots in Crook County wanted, has taken it upon himself to turn the new CC legislation into a completely laughable piece of paper not even worthy of being used to wipe my bum.
Maybe THIS might finally give ol' Bill Brady a shot in the Mansion...you know, aside from the whole Quinn mismanaging the ENTIRE STATE OF ILLINOIS IN EVERY POSSIBLE FACET thing...
