How to go back to default settings on mobile app

I must have done something wrong, but suddenly everything is zoomed out and the text is tiny. Is there a way to start over, or go back to the way it was?
 
I can pinch to zoom in and out on the app.
 
It's basically just a seperate default browser window, deleting it and adding it again should reset it to default.
 
Thanks, I admit I'm a technoclutz, I was checking DP on the web, Chrome , and I pushed the upper right corner triple dots, and clicked on desktop site and when I went back to the DP app it was back to normal. I don't know exactly why or what happened.

But the funny thing is, I can't find a place to download the DP app anywhere. I didn't see it on Playstore or anywhere.

Luckily it's working now ,but I wonder, is the DP app still available for new members?

It isn't an app so much as a dedicated browser window that allows push notifications for DP alerts. You just delete it from your home screen, then click on "install the app" from the bottom of the navigation bar and follow the prompts.
