How do you copy and paste a Word or Excel document so it is readable?

Ahh... you want to paste it into a post here.

I don't think the difference in formats permits that. What you might do instead is use the Snipping Tool to take a snapshot of what you want to paste and then copy that here. Examples:

Excel on the left, Word on the right. Both are JPEG images from the snipping tool and resizable in the post. Does that work?
