How the hell did RFK, Jr. get to testify without being under oath?

Kennedy is currently not testifying under oath after Sen. Crapo denied a request to do so.

At the beginning of the hearing, Sen. Wyden asked that Kennedy be formally sworn in as a witness.

"I will personally object and will reject your request," Crapo said. "We will treat this witness as we treat all of the other administration witnesses who come before us."

Because if that drug addicted, brain addled sack of shit was sworn in under oath he'd have been in a boatload of trouble for perjury.

He blatently lied and did so repeatedly.

He wouldn't answer when asked if he thought more people died from the vaccines than from COVID.

You’ve answered your own question. RFK jr wasn’t sworn in because the MAGAt Senate Finance Committee Chairman knew that RFK jr would lie, and wanted to protect him against perjury charges.

I'd say the sacks of shit liars were the democrats. Kennedy repeatedly made them look stupid, ill-informed, and showed them over and over to be lying. Now, either the democrats in question knew their information and questions were filled with bad information/lies or they were just randomly reading what their biased staffers handed them. I suspect it was both. There are no bigger liars than democrats in congress.
