Ross Perot in 1992 won no states but got 20% of the national PV which gained him nothing except to fizzle completely in 1996 as the Clintons blew Perot out for good.

Putin-Trump-MAGA are the first and unprecedented America haters to exist significantly on the national scale. In 2016 The Troika snagged 306 EV's and 46% of the PV. In 2020 The Troika got 232 EV's and 46%. In this election the Putin-MAGA-Trump Troika needs to get more than 46% of the PV to prevail.

In 2020 The Troika of Putin-MAGAs-Trump got more votes than in 2016 when they won but their losing percentage of the 2020 PV remained the same at 46%. So while Trump does waaaay better than Wallace and Perot, he's a forty-six percenter unless he proves otherwise. Indeed, in 2020 Biden got 51% of those who voted.

Trump's three monkeys Ghost Vote that shows up when the voting begins can't get him past 46%. It's highly unlikely his getting 47% this time will do it for him either. Trump needs to make a 3-4 point leap in the PV. Third party voters of all kind have ruled themselves out when it comes to Trump.

Referencing the OP, I'm just tired of third party voters mucking up our elections since Ross Perot in 1992 who got 20% of the PV but no EVs. Perot gave us a Potus Clinton who got 44% of the PV.

Political scientists call Perot "The Father of President Trump" because Trump inherited Perot's base of low education, low information, low income and low morality voters who are angry warrior God fanatics. Reactionaries. Trump himself won in 2016 with 46% of the PV. Trump lost in 2020 with his ration of 46% of the PV. He's going to need 3 or 4 more points on the board to win this one.

In 2024 third party voters are already enjoying their popcorn. They should stick a popcorn label on to let us know they voted.

I voted depending on who. I prefer political parties go away. Have each candidate post their political positions on the issues, then have debates, interviews etc., and vote on the best candidate.
