How Israel’s Army Uses Palestinians as Human Shields in Gaza

The challenge was brought to the Israeli Supreme Court by human rights groups, Israeli and Arab.

The Israeli army lost the case because it is obviously against the law to force innocent civilians to perform dangerous military tasks . Occupying powers have many many more responsibilities than they do rights, and this is illegal under international law

On losing the case the Israeli army immediately launched an appeal and the practice has continued with a nod and a wink and a blind eye here and there to this very day and will go on into the future because they are out of control and see themselves as above the law and Palestinians as unpeople.

When being a Palestinian kid in the vicinity of the Israeli army, your use as a human shield isn't the worst that can happen to you, they regularly just shoot them in the head and possibly kill any first responders that come to help.

Sure, just keep laughing at the innocent people being used and killed by Hamas. Funny stuff... 🙄
