How ill Harris handle the pressure?

I know what they mean. I gues I am wondering what the reason would be to use a racial slur like "hillbilly"?
How is hillbilly a racial slur? Show your work. Why do you think I owe a complete stranger an explanation?

Isn’t “Hillbilly Elegy” the book and then moving from JD Vance? His words, right? His book title. His movie title?

The border crisis became much worse.....as I said, total abject failure. Putting icing on a rotten cake is not going to make the cake any better.
Iirc, she was to help turn off the spigot at the source, in the Central American countries where most of these migrants are coming from. She worked with governments to increase economic opportunity and do away with the gangs running the countries defacto.

Not easy goals and certainly not quickly done. We sent businesses and funds to help them. They may bear fruit down the road; who knows. But do you remember how long it took this country to cut the Mafia to its knees? It was as much about legalizing Off Track Betting as anything the FBI did. The drug cartels aren't going to be any easier.

There was a bipartisan bill to take a crack at fixing the border crisis, and Trump told the Repubs not to sign it. So there's plenty of that 'abject failure' to go around, imo.

I know you were trying to be incoherent because what you posted just now used normal syntax and grammar, which means you wanted to be understood now and not when you were answering the question. So let’s try that again…in English this time: why are you okay with Trump babbling?
I disagree. It was pretty easy for <most> anyone to understand
It doesn't have to have correct grammar to be understood. That rarely happens these days.

Probably should have put quotes around "forever"

"How will Harris handle the pressure?"

Well, if past performance being an indicator of future performance:

Zoom in: Harris' time as vice president has been occasionally rocky, defined in part by large staff turnover, retreating from politically risky responsibilities, and mocking from some Beltway insiders.
  • Much of Harris' staff has turned over in the past 3½ years.
  • About half of the vice president's staff is paid by the Senate, which requires regular disclosures. Of the 47 Harris staffers listed in 2021, only five still worked for her as of this spring, according to the disclosures. Her full staff list is not publicly disclosed.
. . .
Former Harris aides told Axios the high turnover is partly because of how the vice president treats her staff.
  • Some former aides said Harris had high standards that some did not want to keep up with, but others felt that she frequently grilled them the way she grilled Trump officials, such as then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions, when she represented California in the U.S. Senate.
  • Former aides often refer to it as Harris' "prosecuting the staff."
During the 2020 campaign, Biden aides recall watching Harris interrogate her then-chief of staff Karine Jean-Pierre to the point that it made others uncomfortable.
  • After the election, Jean-Pierre moved to the White House's press team.
  • A person familiar with the matter said Biden told Jean-Pierre that she was only "on loan" during the campaign and that her move to the White House was always part of the plan.
. . .
In April 2022, Harris was the guest for a dinner at D.C. news mogul David Bradley's home — a salon-style event Bradley hosts with Washington journalists and newsmakers.
  • Harris' anxiety about the dinner was such that her staff held a mock dinner beforehand, with staffers playing participants, according to two people familiar with the event.
  • Harris aides even considered including wine in the mock prep so Harris could practice with a glass or two.
  • They ultimately decided against it.

"How will Harris handle the pressure?"
Seems reasonable to conclude 'Not very well'.

The N word has been used in book titles. Does that make it less of a slur?
