Anyone else got any information on it? I've noticed I've gained weight (its certainly fat. New job...) and I was wondering how much does weight affect your sexual preformance?

I can't bring up much on google. So I figured someone out there might have better search skills or have the knowledge...

thanks in advance!

Probably a fair measure of sexual performance depends on your weight. Being either underweight or overweight affects your overall health and related factors such as body tone and endurance.

I am 6' tall and have a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 18 which indicates that my body weight is perfect for my gender and height. Healthy is sexy and if you want to perform at your sexual zenith... shed the extra baggage. On the bright side, a good way to work up a good sweat and shed weight is by exercising between the sheets as often as possible. ;)

What do you mean by "sexual performance"? Are you talking about difficulty with, um, you know? Or are you feeling you're not as attentive?

When I feel good about how I look, I feel much more confident in everything I do. So I agree with Tashah about exercising and all that good stuff. If you can look at yourself in the mirror and say, "Damn, you're hot," you're much more likely to be a great sexual performer, unless, of course, you're too into yourself at that point to please your partner. ;)

heh, I'll admit that sometimes I have a slight problem keeping it hard for that extra oomph which is partly why I'm wondering how much does weight affect preformance,

it could be stress too. I work days at a boat factory and then I come home and due carpentary work for another 6 hours. However it would seem whenever I get in bed with someone they never complain afterward so I figure I must be doing it at least 4 star ;-)

Its certainly more about being able to be a flexible partner and pleasure her though.

Stress and lack of sleep have a significant impact on your sexual performance. You sound like a thoughtful man.

Eh. I try

Every so often I find myself finishing faster than my other half so I have to finish her off using "other methods" or else she doesn't get the satifaction she deserves. this normally follows an extra hard day of work..

Symptoms of a problem perhaps?

Sex should be all about the women, as the man 99.9% of the time gets his orgasim, so I'm trying to just weigh in all the factors that affect sex life.

If you get fat your less likely to get chance to sexually perform.

I'm 6'2" 264 lbs but am horney as f---. Is that the same or am I an exception to the rule? My unit is still in its original shrink wrap (aka virgin) but on my "free time" I'm able to perform according to what I see in the "films". Maybe it's all this southern comfort stuff I'm around...

Not sure. Are you an alien?

Is it necessary that you preform for sex and deform afterwards? :rofl

 We as men preform to perform so that we may deform to preform our next performance.;)
Necessary? I think, yes.
