Actually when you post something questioning someone else's IQ and then demonstrate poor grammar in the process, it is pretty laughable.

No. No they are not. That's like saying a Hell's Angel is more American than you are because you wouldn't denigrate them to their face. Someone's being trained to be able to commit acts of violence effectively does not indicate their level of patriotism.

Can we agree not to insult the Marines and aim our insults at the people responsible, the Secretary of War and the moron who named him? What possible good could have come out of this exercise?
 
Have any MAGS weighed in on this? True, Trump didn’t shoot someone in Fifth Avenue, but shouldn’t they be rushing to his defense?

Why would they do that? It wasn't Trump's fault a blown fuse likely caused the misfire.
I do fault those in charge at Camp Pendelton for not thinking I-5 needed to be closed during this event. They should face some serious consequences even though nothing that consequential occurred.

Fun fact: being in the Marines doesn’t make you immune to criticism, especially when you have people who don’t know what they are doing messing around with live artillery rounds
 
After VN when I continued in the service I’d taken part in a number of live fire exercises and never, ever, once did we even consider firing live ammunition over any populated area. Whenever you had record fire for small arms, machine guns, mortars, artillery, anti armor or other types of explosives you were restricted to an impact area specifically suited for that purpose.
An investigation should be conducted to ascertain who specifically authorized this. If the USMC commander of the exercise authorized it or there was pressure from Hegseth to put on really big show. I cannot believe Hegseth had no knowledge before hand of what to see and expect. I wouldn’t be surprised in the least he had a hand in this.

So we had perfect weather for most of the No Kings protests and then Trump shoots a live missle into California and it goes off early and parts of it hit JD Vance's motorcade.

That's enough to make some people believe in God.

One of the main roads at JBLM has mortar rounds flying over it all the time.

But I agree this was a stupid idea.

Cool story and you might have a point if I had ever said anything even remotely like being in the Marines made one immune to criticism. But seeing as I didn’t it’s obvious this is just another butt hurt whining post from you. As usual.

It was Trump’s fault they were doing this exercise near a busy highway. He is the commander in chief. He is responsible for everything the military does. As is his stupid henchman Hegseth. They should face the consequences.
 
Man, had it dropped on JD Vance and killed him who in the hell would be VP?
